Office is located between rooms F1 & F2 on the BTC Campus.  To access my office you must go into either class room and look for the door between the classrooms.  (Note: Please don’t interrupt a class in progress)

About Me:

I have approximately 9 years experience in the computer industry. I have spent most of that time supporting users, hardware, software, servers and networks. My most challenging positions have been as the Technical Support Manager at Walla Walla University in Eastern Washington and as the Helpdesk Manager at Sun Systems in Anacortes. Each place of employment presented its own unique set of challenges and opportunities to learn. The largest installation I was in charge of was at Walla Walla University with approximately 2200 users, 900 workstations, and 100 printers. Support was accomplished with 12 part-time student technicians as well as myself. The Helpdesk at times would have a maximum call volume of up to 390 calls per day from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

I currently hold a Master Degree in Business Administration/Technology Management (MBA/TM) from The University of Phoenix and a BS degree from Walla Walla University in Business Administration/Computer Information Systems. I also hold the following industry certifications: Comptia A+, Comptia Network+, Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Certified Novell Administrator (CNA).
